A Few Questions About My R33

Hey Guys, I'm new around here..

2 months ago I purchased a Nissan SKyline R33 GTS-t 1997, 62.000km... it's arriving in about a week in my country from japan... I've noticed some details under the bonet and in the interior that I'd really want to know what it is...

First I thought it was a bov but the bovs do not have the air filter. right? then what is it? 

and here is the interior.. I've noticed that same device on some other skylines as well... could you please tell me what it is? 

I really appreciate your help guys...

it does look like a bov, and a turbo timer/boost controller. get some better pics and we can say for sure

i think that in cabin one circled is the control unit for your 3 guages

thats a AF bov (ditch it and replace it with a stockie)

and a controller for your guages.
