Getting A Car Registered In Wa?

Hey can anyone help

My brother in law just baught a Nissan Skyline R34 from brisbane;

Can anyone indicate how he can get this car registered in WA? and does anyone know any shops where he can get his car roadworthy?

Road Worthy is decided at the Pits.

Head down to your local DPI Inspection centre, let the car be inspected, change over plates, pay fees, drive off.

i hope it isn't highly modified (which is why id assume u'd not buy in WA) because basically has to be brought back to stock to pass pits
