Wtb, Rb Gearbox Mainshaft

Hi,

I need an RB main shaft so i can align my clutch properly...

Don't need a whole box just the shaft... so if anyone's destroyed a box let me know...

Or one to borrow... i'd pay for postage of coarse...

surely someone has something i can use...

if youre heaps stuck you can use a broom handle, or a long 1/2" socket extension heh

also apparently some auto parts shops sell plastic moulds of a shaft for exactly what you youre doing

yeah i've thought of the broom handle, but it's a bit loose

and i wanna be able to make sure that the twin plates are aligned properly...

i've never herd of the plastic moulds of the shaft but, do u know what places sell them..

old datsun gearbox's have the same input shaft - my dummy shaft was from a ca20 blue bird gearbox

Have to say they are great blokes... my step father contacted them through ebay and i rang them about 5:30 yesterday arve, he found me one and said i could have it free...
