Gtr Pump Or Bosch 040?

what would be the better option out of these two to replace my pump? R33 GTR or Bosch 040? i know 040s have been done heaps, but what about GTR ones? any hassles?

if the 33 gtr is in good cond & low km & also dirt cheap then its worth the upgrade.

there like $200 these days? or the cheaper option walbros $170ish?

How much are you going to pay for a 2nd hand 33 GTR pump which is going to be the same age as your current pump and you will have no idea what conditions it has been through, versus paying a little more for a brand new 040.

If you were going to buy a brand new GTR pump from nissan spare parts then it's probably going to cost the same if not more than the 040, even though the 040 is going to rate higher than the GTR pump.

I'd go a Bosch 040 or Walbro GSS342. I went with the Walbro for the price.

bosch 040 mate. great pump, highly rated. And for what they cost these days you cant go wrong. i suppose they are about the 200 dollar mark.

i did however pick up an 044 for 100 bucks not long ago tho. brand new in box, and yes authentic bosch. keep and ear out there and u will find a new 040 at a reasonable price.
