i have just done an rb25det conversion into a r32 skyline and steering is very stiff. iv filled the reservoir and turned lock to lock many times but the turning is stil very stiff? my car is non hicas and i am using a non hicas pump.

Do you know if the pump was in good working condition before installing/buying it?

yeah im using the same non hicas pump that was on the rb20de and was working mint before the conversion.

sounds like your wiring might be a bit off, still got the wire going to the rack?
