Want To Sale My 98' Model Gtt Er34 (manual)

Recommended Posts

Hey, guys:

I got a GTT ER34, with a little modification here is the list:

HKS Air filter

HKS Hypermax 3 Coilover ( only been used by 2000km)

HKS Catback High Power Exh

HKS Turbo Gauage

D1GP steering wheel (deep dished)

Nismo gear knob ( and a short shift gear shifter, but I didn't put it on)

FMIC and pipeing kits

REAL "Bride Full Bucket Racing Seats"( a Pair, both driving and passenger sides, including real bride seat rails, these 2 seats and 2 seat rails cost me $3000+ just been used 2000km, so almost brand new)

Ignition button

Rays TE37 18 inch Rims (but this is copy, not real, however, the performance of Rims is pretty good)

The car only been drived by 68000km, fast and fun, except all above parts, there are some other performance parts for example: tension rod, strut bar... I won't list them all.

I purchased this car in 2008 Jun, by $18000 without and modification, I put more than 10000 to modify this car in profeesional mech's work shop in Clayton. Now, because some reasons, I have to leave Australia for a long period( probablly 3years), therefore, I want to quickly sale my car. Because of the time , I do not have time to do RWC for you, but I can introduce my friends' work shop to you, he can do RWC for you, and no more than $300.

I plan to sale the car by $18000 directly, if you want me drop the price, I will remove some valuable aftermarket parts from my car, and put the standard one for you. Also, if you accept this price, I will give you all standard parts for free.

Because I really hurry to sale the car, so I made $18000 for my lovely car, that almost be the lowest price in carsales, but if reasonable bargin, I will consider to accept that.

Finally, I am a Chinese international student, and I worried about my family now very much, so I do not want to bargin too much, and also I do not have time, give me your offer, we disscus.

Now, I put some pictures:

( I do not know how to post pictures, emailed me I will email you my pictures)

The above link is my gtt's picture in a Chinese forum, and at that time, my gtt is still tunning, but now, has finished.

You guys can have a look the engine bay, it is pretty clear, and some interior modification parts has been putted there, but I do not want to list them all, because when you drive, you just can feel that!!!

I will shoot more pictures these few days, but please understand me that I do not have enough time to do that, I am preparing go back to China.

And the MOST IMPORTANT is : THIS CAR CAN GO TO TRACK Directly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! READY TO GO !!!

Also, I modified this car not in a common workshop, a professional NISSAN Mechanics (who is Japanese) modified this car, I can promise this car has been modified profeesionally!!!!!!!!!!

Guys, Modification is not only the matter of money and time!!!! Modification is a SkILL, a Arts!!! So, even there are not lots of aftermarket parts( actually not very less, but not large mount number of parts), but more professional than what you ever saw skyline gtt er34 on road, please trust me

No worries, hope someone in Melbourne would like this car, seriously this price is not expensive right? Because I have looked carsales price of my model.

I made the lowest price, just for quick sale.

And I think, I have put a lot of info about this car? just, I do not want to do RWC, if you think that will make you inconvenient, I can drop some price, because I will provide all standard parts of this car :D So, RWC won't be cost you much, I have quote a price, around 300 dollar. But I really have no time left, cause I need to back to China soon, I have to finish all other things before I leave, so please understand my situation.

If I am not going back to China, I won't rush to sell my car at this price. :)

    • Wow its been a while since Ive signed in for sure.  Time gets away... Good question. So much was different between the two designs.  The RB315 was a test to see if I could do it.  Limitations were for the most part due to local machining capability.  Tolerances were an issue.  The 3.15 used a single OD dry sleeve, and was almost the same as a kakimoto spacer plate engine, except I used a plate design similar to the OS Giken plate.  I did not make the top flanges thick enough either.  I can't be sure if it was machining tolerances, or thermal distortion of the sleeves, but the engine did produce quite a bit of blow by.  The modified 87mm RB30 crank was also an issue, and was no where near as nicely balanced as the forged 90mm crank in the 3.4. The 34 was a next level build.  The sleeves were stepped for max thickness, and were a semi-wet design breaking though into coolant completely in the block.  Minimum thickness was 3.75mm and max was 5mm with the 90mm bore, and the new spacer plate also fully supported the tops of the sleeves closed deck style.  This combined with far superior CNC machining, and a cylinder hone finish that the machinist does on 3000hp pro stock cars resulted in no noticeable blow by at all.   In the end the 3.15 was removed to swap in the 3.4.  I discovered the modified RB30 crank had partially sheared the woodruff key on the balancer.  That was all that was wrong with it, but it did make the engine a paperweight at that stage. $1100 to make another crank for an engine with blow by issues was not worth it, considering I'd started playing with all Nitto forged internals instead. I hope you found this interesting.   Cheers, Ian
    • All their parts, when order directly off them are made to order. So you're able to customise fitment of things or delete things. E.g. I asked for no throttle cable bracket, no IACV port, etc. on my plenum. In hindsight, I should have asked for an IAT port/fitting welded on, hindsight no. Should have bought a M2 or 3 lol.
