Sabelts are brand new and UNused. If i'm not wrong, they are FIA approved too unless someone wishes to clarify this.

That's the cost of having a good quality harness compared to the crap ones out there. For the crappy harnesses, after using them for a while, your body will start slipping under the harness. A brand new GENUINE Takata harness is about $700 at the moment. Sabelt is much less and they are used by WRC teams as well as some F1 teams

What do you mean if it is street legal?

I don't think you would using them on the streets when you have your own seat belt unless your car doesn't come with one.

If you have it installed in your car, you can always place it behind the passenger seat at the back. During track days, you can strap them on.
