R33 Power Windows

hey all

ive noticed on my r33 that the power windows are starting to get slower when going up and down

is there anything i can do to fix this or replace a part??

if you have heard of something called " silicone spray" its almost a lubricating oil type that you spray in the tracks the windows go up!, highlighy recomended...

we use it at work when the window tracks are dry, and get 50% or more faster pending how bad it is

its not too bad i just noticed there getting slower and was worried

i thorght it might be like something in the motor of the window

ill try this silicone spray
