Hyundai seems to think there's no market for it here. In other words 'we really can't be bothered making the effort to get the car compliant with ADR's, which are the stupidest on the planet'.

Though they've recently made some noise about prepping the Genesis for the RHD market, Australia included, I think the upcoming FT-86 has ruffled a few feathers.

Turbo 4 and atmo 6 are the only options at the moment, but it has been rumoured that the V8 from the i45(?) may be making its way into the line up too. Exciting stuff.
