Mine had the side vents as well..........also had brake duct vents next to front indicators.

True indeed. Unlike BMW's trademark kidney grille, the traditional volvo diagonal stripe cant help marketing

for years theyve been known as having very safe, economical cars. ugly, not sexy, shitty handling, etc

but it seems theyre reinventing themselves.. quite admirable.. i was in a volvo turbo 5 yrs ago and was quite impressed with its performance vs noise but when the owner told me how much he paid, i completely banished it from memory
