Will Not Turn Over

went to pull my baby out the shed and give her a wash and go for a cruz, i went to start it and it didnt fire it just went click, click, click real fast, is that the starter motor thats stuffed? the volt gauge showed good power but she just didnt wanna play, any ideas would be most greatful.

It's possible the crank angle sensor isnt working or is not connected, though I've never disconnected mine before so I don't know if it clicks or not (though the oil pressure gauge should show a buildup)

That will be the starter solenoid clicking in and out. Somehow voltage to hold it IN is being lost. The solution is to wire the solenoid through a relay - use the existing trigger wire to trip the relay which then provides direct battery voltage to the solenoid.
