guys after some information for people that have run a 15mm-20mm spacer. i need atleast a 15mm spacer for my wheels but i don't wanna go too wide so 15mm will do and at the very most 20mm. i trial fitted a 25mm spacer and it loks like with the 25mm spacer that the nuts that hold the spacer onto the original hub are perfectly hidden within the spacer so mounting the wheel wont be any problem.

would like to know if its the same thing with 15mm-20mm spacers or will something protrude out of the face of the spacer? if yes how to u fix it? don't wana chop off my original studs.

let me know guys. pictures would be good too.

i had to fit 15 mm spacers to my 4stud to get bigger brakes.. had to angle grind old stufs off only way i found my rims would fit , just make sure u use a very strong lock tight and torque the nuts tight wat i did, held up alright for last 8 months

hope that helped muuch

have a look at your wheels most of them have gaps between the stud holes so if its just a couple of mm's then it will sit sweet.

You could shave them off with a grinder.

why dont you just measure how long your existing studs are?

Hey dude,

If your wheels have a recess in them that allows the extra stud length to sit in there then you will be fine, if not all you can do is grind them off.

To cover the whole stud you need to use a spacer that is 25mm or bigger. If you do cut the front studs its not too much of a drama to replace them in the future. It only takes about half an hour to do each side.

Good luck with it

as mentioned, ur studs will protrude, and most wheels have space for this. my biggest concern would be the little amount of metal thats creating ur new hub, firstly its 15mm of alloy holding ur stud in, and less than 15mm for ur old studs to hold.
