Alarm Issues R32

about 3 months ago i had a prang in the front end in my r32 ever since my alarm remote has not worked and has drove me up the wall, so i got my car back from the panel shop last week and they had to disconnect the battery or disconnect the alarm and now when i open my door the hazards come one intermittently but started no issues but i went away for the w/e in my g/f's car come back and monday morning i cant start my car ! electrics come on and everything. where would they of disconnect my alarm and why are the hazards constantly coming on, its a python alarm and i need to get to work tomorrow ! any help would be great !
