Possible Sensor Or Computer Issue

Hi,

Have a quick question.

I have:

1. microtech LTX-12 installed

2. HKS EVC Boost controler

3. GT30 garret with internal wastegate 14 psi.

My machine decided it was not going to boost over 14 psi (wastegate limited), even though it is tuned for 18-20psi and has run this fine for 2 years, and on top of that, my tacho now doesn't work. It registers 1/2 revs and jumps all over the place.

Is this a sensor or computer related issue? Has anyone come across anything similar?

Thoughts appriciated as I'm working on what to do as the next step?

Try unplugging the ECU and firmly replugging it back into the loom
