Differences Between Rs4 And 260rs

I did an RB26 then a Masa 34 conversion on an RS4. I found everything was fine to swap all to 26 stuff. Logically I had tt cut the hole on the drivers side under the battery and the mounts for the BOV pipe, but everything else was fine. The FMIC lower brackets go straight into the rail as they should etc. All the radiator supports etc are all the same, even from series 1 to 2. Series 2 is just an S1 with different guards, bonnet, lights and grille.

can anyone confirm that the 260'scame with an aluminium bonnet and the RS4's were steel??

My bonnet is definately aluminium. I PRESUME it is standard.

well i just went and stuck a magnet to the bonnet and the guards so they cant be aluminium :S

now the search is on for a Autech front bumper skin.
