S14 Steering Wheel

Question1: As above, does this S14 Steering wheel have an airbag or is it a non-airbag version?

Question2: Will it fit onto a R33 GTS-T?

I heard that 180SX,S14,R33 Share the same steering wheel if it's an airbag version (4 spoke ones on R33 S2). Just asking if an non-airbag one will fit. I guessing it should but i need to make sure.
