Hey guys just a reminder to make sure your skyline is secure, heard of another skyline that was stolen today from Bruce...

It was a Black '93 Nissan Skyline stock wheels on the front 20" Chrome rims on the rear. Don't know much else but maybe the northside guys can keep an eye out..

Don't know if the owner is on the forums but if he is he might update with rego and a picture.

It's a good reminder for us all to make sure they are secure: locks, alarms, GPS anything above all make it hard for them if you can park another vehicle behind yours(preferably of lesser value) do it. In a garage with a lock even better anything you can do!

this button an r33 only problem or are you talking about the central locking function on the 32's as well?

I'm thinking he is talking about R33's only where there is a 'key' symbol near the electric windows. Move the button one way, locks the passenger door, move it the other way, unlocks the passenger door.

From memory, you have to cut the single brown wire in the plug that goes to the armrest unit.

    • With my block out to get honed, I'm just prepping all my auxiliary components in my mean time. I took my oil pump apart to inspect and repack it with assembly lube and either haven't noticed this in the past or found my answer and can't remember. What exactly is the regulator washer that the manual mentions replacing? I don't have one and from the manual it seems to seal the regulator plug to the housing but I can't see it on any pictures of new pumps either. Can anyone fill me in? I'm presuming this was phased out as I also can't find a replacement part in epc.    Image of a new pump. Can't see a washer there either.
