Hi people,

Myself and a friend are looking to rent a small two bedroom unit or house around the northern / north-eastern suburbs for around the $250-280 p.w mark. We've been doing the usual inspections / applications for a little while now without any real success. Hence why I am writing this now, asking any fellow members if they have a house for rent or know anyone who is renting their house out. It's a long shot, but given the number of SAU Vic members, it's gotta be worth a try hey?

So..If anyone has anything for me. Let me know!

I'm in the same boat, i've applied for around 4 houses till now, me and my gf both have had steady full time jobs and good rental history and good bank balances, still don't get accepted pissing me off. Wish i knew a property agent

Um a good bit? haha LOL i have been living here over a year now and i still dont know which area is which.

haha yeah - its quite far - but its an awesome area at night - very quiet and stuff. Not sure about the hooligans there, but its a very quiet place - in a few years, its going to look awesome cos all the surrounding areas are new estates! woo yeah!
