I have a R32 GTR 1991....

I was driving around normally when i suddenly smelled something burning.I stop my car and open up my bonnet and i see that nothing is wrong. I start up my car again and i put it into first gear. I pushed the gas pedal and i see that the RPM keeps going up but the car moves really really slow. So I put it into second but still no response.. It felt like the car was in neutral. When the car was idling i put it into 1st gear and released the clutch pedal completely, the engine didnt even shut down, The car was still running

What should i do. Do i need to change my clutch?

yes you need to change the clutch. either the clutch is completely worn out, ie friction plate is gone, or it's possibly that you have a broken bearing carrier (one of the wings snapped off) or broken clutch fork or pivot. either way the gearbox needs to come off the find out what's wrong. do not go and just order new parts until they get it off and see what it needs.
