So my timing belt tensioner shat itself and goodbye valves.

I am now after new valves, i don't need forged or performance type, im just wanting to replace them.

Nissan want $30 per inlet and $54 per exhaust valve. Are there any companies that do an after-market replacement for these? Basically i just want the best possible price as the car is being returned to stock to sell. So anyone that has purchased some for a cheaper price, im asking for your help.

I also needs stem seals so same deal for them as well.

As another option, you should be able to pick up a second hand head complete for around the $500 mark if you want to go that way.

yeah i am looking at the idea. Sometimes i just prefer knowing what the motor has gone through i.e. i know my motor has been looked after...... second hand head may be more trouble, particularly after the problems i seem to attract with second hand stuff.
