Airbag Light

hey guys i pulled my stock stezza out of the m35 and replaced it but now the airbag light on the dash wont stop flashing.anyone have any ideas? cheers liam

mine's been flashing since i had the wheel pulled aprt to fit the stereo remote controls. Nissan can reset it at sevice but sometimes it resets itself I've been told.

try the old hold the door open switch down,switch ignition on,and push the door pin switch 7 times in 5 seconds trick....takes a few goes but works with most nissans

itried that one yesterday but nissan said you have to be holding you tongue the right way. they said it takes a while to get the hang of it.

I didn't play around with the steering wheel but mine was flashing too.

If you look for the thread I added my problem too there is a reset solution provided by iamhe77 that stopped the light flashing, for a while

It was fine for a few weeks and then flashed again, Nissan just checked the error code and cleared it, so I don't know what it was but it hasn't come back on yet.

Take it to a good Nissan dealer (i.e. one who will touch imports) and get a consult check done on it, they will be able to solve the issue but it might cost you an arm and a leg
