WTF..................

Why does this stuff keep getting listed? Just to stuff up the innocent.

I agree, it's extremely deceptive and I'm sure it will catch more people up if they don't do the research before initiating the purchase process.

Do these places want to be taken to court or what?

Give it 3 months or so and it should cover all models, not just RWD RX (which is the car going through compliance), but all AWD models as well as the 350s.

Will be sticking with my 250t though.

Nobody told me (since I wasn't there), was the 350RX brought to the meet on the weekend?

Does this mean that there is light at the end of the tunnel for Muz and the other guys with 04MY turbos? Or are they still buggered?

Still buggered unfortunately.

easy rule is

VQ25DET is ok up until Oct 2003

VQ35DE will be fine from 2004 - end of production.

I've had a 350Z with the VQ35DE motor in it. What can I say, it's a lovely engine. The thing that I'm most impressed with is the sheer torque you get as soon as you floor it and it's that initial feeling that had put a smile on my face. Sure we all know that it takes a bit more time to get a VQ25DET to sing, and when she sings, she does it loud and proud. But really, it's that precious second or two that can make the difference.

What I'm not impressed with the DE engine is how it responds to your basic mods. Pretty much you need to fork out a small fortune to really make it into a real thoroughbred. I did so much to the 350 it wasnt funny, and in the end, I gave up and decided that a forced induction car was the way to go.

With the Stag, a simple dump/front pipe change with a high flow cat has already made a big difference. I cant wait till my cat-back arrives and see how much better she goes.
