Hi jtech, in the old GTR race car we ran a standard GTST in tank pump to lift to the surge tank and then 2 GTR pumps to the fuel rail. We ran separate pipes from the 2 pumps and took the overflow for the fuel pressure regulator from the middle of the rail. Worked fine.

You have to be careful with electrical load though. The standard wiring won't handle it, so you have to use a relay to run the pumps. We switch on/off the relay via the standard wiring and run separate power and earth wiring supplying the relay from the battery (which is conveniently in the boot).
