Turbotech Boost Controller Questions.

just got mine in today..

Sinmark's turbotech boost controller for $33.

Anyway, my mechanic says i need a hose and clamp? [in melbourne] Where do i get one and how much does it cost? and what size?

Also,

I believe my stock boost controller makes my boost run 1-2 boost lower when not going hard? how does this work?

How do you know what PSI your car is running on? :| I want it set to 9-11 or solid ten.

dude ur askin us where to get a hose and clamp? go to repco

theres a thread sumwhere that explains how to install it urself...pretty straight forward

you don't NEED a hose clamp, but it helps. i never had a hose clamp on my boost controller hoses and never had an issue with them coming off.

As a side note - why would your mechanic tell you to get a hose clamp, when he should have one in his workshop for gods sake...
