It's a motorkhana out on the skid pan out there. Nothing to do with the hillclimb..... I'll be heading out there shortly.

Mt Cotton is not just a Hillclimb track. The site is run by QLD Gov. It's being run in the driver training facilities.

Is there a motorkhana series in QLD?

I'm moving to the Gold Coast in two weeks and once I get my car up I'll be looking for some cheap motorsports when the wife's complaining about the cost of drift.

Not a motorkhana series. M3 boys run an event every three months or so. Give it three months or so and there should be another one happening.

oi doesn't mount cotton make u pass a DB test before going onto skidpan meaning that pretty much no worked cars could go on it.

ie . if u have a screamer or similar mods.

Not likely. There was a group of motorbikes doing rider training and what sounded like a monster of a V8 doing the hillclimb. There was heaps of noise everywhere.
