My GPS timer had me at around 180 as top speed as well. And an average speed around the lap of around 110.

The footage isnt anything special... just see you all of a sudden slow down and me catch up trying to avoid you and figure out what u were doing thru kink and start of T2 lol..... im sure you were also trying to figure out what the hell just happened

i actually knew what had happened, just couldnt see sh*t since the cabin filled up quick with the powder from the airbag.

hey guys, i dont have a speedo but i was at 5800rpm in 5th which is 0.7:1 ratio on around a 26" tall tyre, we used a moroso calculator to work out top speed and it said 237kmh, that cant be correct surely.....

i woudl say mroe around the 200 mark form what i saw

but you never know

Stu u were only slightly pulling away from me down the straight and i was topping 190km/h... so yeah i think Pete is pretty on the money with 200km/h.... seemed only about 10km/h difference...

yeh thats what i thought, i pretty much stayed even with the black skyline that had issues later in the day. that thing was quick.

Adrian might have the tyre size incorrect in the formula.

237 is not optomistic.

My accurate data logging (aim MXL pro) shows 246 from that day which is slow by that cars standard. Yours was no sloutch in a straight line.
