Too much time and money on their hands! Maybe as others have said it started off as an NA or 1JZ.

why drop a 1uz in? you guys cant see any reason for adding 25% capacity with a motor thats also over engineered from the factory AND being built up with forged internals......

imagine how many times better it would have looked had he just left the wheels alone. that nice silver/grey against the red car would have looked nice. the gold looks cheaply done, and camp. the v8 idea has some merit though.
