Grinding Noise

hey guys i just last night started my gtst with a 26dett conversion,im running a gtr gearbox mod for rwd(cut tranfer case),ive got this really really bad grinding noise when i release the cltuch and only happens in first gear..Ive got a nismo twin plate in it which i got with the half cut.car runs really really good ( i think ive created a monster),but this grinding noise is to loud to avoid,so please if some one has or had or can help me with this prob.

could be a f**ked bearing or heaps of other shit hard to say when you don't know if it was good before...

As above, could be a screwed bearing.

Just to cover all possibilities, you sure it isn't the normal twin-plate sound? (Does it only make the sound when engaged?)

Ive got this same problem, but im my gtr, every now and then it feels like the clutch is still engaged even when i come to a complete stop the cars feels like it wants to keep moving. put it in reverse and it goes away, but it comes back. any ideas ???

Sorry newbie here, what bearing you guys talking about here? There's like main drive, counter gear front and so on lol.

I have my one sitting in neutral does that kinda noise too. Thanks
