any one recommend any part in general or detail for best rwhp/kw gain..but keeping the v35 n/a?

i was aiming for best dollar to hp ratio sort of thing like power to weight but dollar spent / hp gain. eg - air intake.. 200-10hp 20:1 ...something along those lines. hope that makes some sense.
