Wat Is It?

hey all

just wondering wat the ecu lookin thing is behind the driver side kick panel? mine is not plugged in, should it be lol??

Car runs and drive fine without it plugged in.

Pretty sure it's the control unit for the automatic gearbox. My guess is your car is manual and it used to be an auto.

cheers mate, im pretty sure thats wat it is too as when i did plug it in the power light in the dash came on.

oh sweet... in that case i'll have a go at disconnecting that unit over the weekend. I have that power light flashing whenver i start my car.... another auto to manual..
