Well i purchased my first r33, its the two tone one, blue over dark grey, it has a front bar similar to this

and i dont like how it hangs lower than the rest of the car? cos all i end up doing is hitting it on stuff, and i want to lower my car further, so what other bar options do i have?? i think mine is the s1 mspec? am i correct?

i really like the look of the s2 ones, with the indicator and fog light together, circle lenses, whats involved in putting that front on?? or will a normal s1 front bar fit? anyone got a pic of a normal s1 front bar??

EDIT...

just got a picture of my car, this is the front bar i have, sorry for the bad picture, what is it? what can i replace it with? not a big fan of bodykits either, can someone show me a normal front bar? and a s2 one/?

the series 2 bar wont fit as you would need the series 2 headlights and bonnet.

also i think ur missing the stock sideskirts and rear pods which will help match the lower front!

but i think your front bar actually is just the m spec front with added lip? actualli i'm not too sure it could just be the normal series 1.5 front

its type m, not mspec. and yeas that is the standard bar. you wont get any more clearance with out going to the gay non type m bar. just learn to drive with it.

gay bar for reference

My advice: learn to live with it.

It will cost you tons to fit and paint a front bar and even then the paint will never be exactly the same, and this is just for a stock front bar.

Live with it, and if you keep hitting shit maybe one day you'll be forced to replace the bar, then you can do it the way you want to.

i dont think you need to change reo, but they should be available at each and every jap wreckers in you area. people get rid of them when going aftermarket, and with that front, they tend to do so asap.

cost of paint isn't an issue, as i am getting the car painted anyway, thanks for the advise.
