Cutting Rear Bumper

Hey all i just got a exhaust on my car and the cannon is hitting the top of my bumper. Can anyone give me advice on what i can use to cut the rear bumper please. I thought it would be easy but i looked at it closer and its pretty thick.

A premade one?

Aftermarket rear bar?

Use a DREMEL Cutter, from BUNNINGS. Works well, used one of those when i installed my fmic.

its a stock rear bar although i have a bomex copy int he boot. i like it sitting high. avoids the curbs when i reverse park. it is a trust exhaust ill get photos up later
