Is There A Nissan Etka Equivalent?

Hi all - I am new to Nissan cars and have a quick quesiton, is there a ETKA equivalent for Nissan cars?

ETKA is the service database for all Volkswagen built cars - Audi, Skoda, VW etc. Fully searchable, all models, all parts and factory options complete with full drawings of all parts and most improtantly it includes pricing!

I will shortly commence stripping and re-building a R32 GTR N1 and would love to have a complete parts DVD to count on. If it exists and anyone knows what it is called that would be great.
