hey skylineakt do u mean like the vents the R34 GTR Vspec II's have?? Just a triangle cut-out of the bonnet, with some mesh, above the air filter? I'm pretty sure only VSpec II 34, GTR's have them.

just take a bonnet off....and you dont have to pay for anything...100% ventilation. The bonnets with scoops and vents are all the carbon fiber ones well most have aftermarket venting usally about 2-3 vents. Only r34gtrs the top version have a single vent as mentioned above which aids in abit of cooling around the turbo area.

See the scoop/cut on the right hand side above the air filter??

That's what I'm talking about.

Is it possible to have that cut in and mended without changing the whole bonnet??

if u were realyl good at cuttin metal etc u would have to talk to a body kit shop. Personally i rekon it could be done. Cut the hole, file/sand.etc to its smooth around the edges. Or cut it in some way that u can bend the excess metal inside. Get some kind of mesh and something underneath to catch any water or something. But it would be abit of mucking around.
