Hey Guys,

I have had a couple break ins as of late, both my driver and passenger windows were smashed, leaving me to repair them. Fortunately the car wasn't stolen and neither was anything inside the car.

Question is, i want to get the two new windows tinted to match the rest of the car. I called up the place that did the original tinting and they told me they have to do the whole car again... Is this true or are they just trying to rip me some extra dosh?

Really want to get this sorted, but i cant afford to waste money...

Cheers,

Two different batches of the same colour can be different colours, never mind how ever long it's been since yours was done, and if that colour still exists.

Best bet is to do it all again, or just accept that what ever they put on will be close enough.

Personally I'd redo the lot, unless it's one one side or rear window or something.
