Cant Find Answer To My Rb25/rb30 Conversion Question

hey guys ok i have a 4 dr auto r32

i know i might be doing it the hard way but i would like to put the rb25det head on a rb30e block mated to a vl manual box and stick it in the r32..

firstly i have read wot is recommended but at the end of the day im getting all these parts for next to nothing... sooo......

does anyone know how to make the rb25det head work in the r32. im planning on running a nistune or power fc or sumthing similar but im just concerned about the VCT of the rb25det that wont be used...is there something i can just get welded and thats it?

also with the vl box fit in the r32 with just the usual speedo conversion and tailshaft mods.... do i even have to modify the tailshaft of the auto?

and can i use parts from the rb20det, such as coilpacks, inlet manifold and injectors to get it running?
