2 Problems Jumpy Idle And Rpm Tacho Goes Down Before It Goes Up Wtf?

Hi guys first of all i have a 1995 Series 1.5 Rb25det. Ive noticed for awhile when i have the car at idle say at the lights for some reason sometimes it wants to jump even tho i have the brakes on, when im driving around you dont notice it, its just when its pulled up sometimes. Any ideas besides vacuum leak as im trying to find it tommorow as i know i have a leak. (Stupid a$$ed Charcol Canister And Valve)

Also since i bought the car i noticed that when the Rpm tacho hits 2000rpm it goes down too 1500rpm before it goes up even tho i have the foot down, would any one had this problem, i just wanted to know it the gauge was dodgey if it is i dont mind .

BTW does anyone know if i go down to nissan tommorow they would be able to find me a vapor canister purge valve that sits on top on my charcol canister, because when i did hit boost i lost the rubber diaphram that was in there
