bombtrack
But I wonder what happens if you're using your phone as your music source, say for example an iPhone. Is that allowed? They would see it as operating a mobile phone, unless it is integrated with your car's stereo system. I don't think that they would have to try very hard to get you for that one. Wyseman
I think this is the best news i've heard for ages about police etc. Every day I see someone weaving, 1/2 in their lane, almost into oncoming traffic etc.. So far, every time i've managed to get a look at the driver, it's someone holding a phone. Police focusing on this could really lead to an increase in road saftey. If you think you're safe to drive while using / looking at a phone (for calling / sms or music), you're a true wanker and I hope you get done! Yeah figured as much. I just have to keep listening when a crap song comes on, or change back to FM/CD. Don't want to get my P1s extended so I'll be good. It's those same people that always 'forget' to take off from traffic lights, stall, take off slowly and change lanes without any indication. Nefret
This reminds me of an episode of Fat Pizza when the cops are behind Paulie and they call his phone because he had his number on the back of his car.
