Power Worries

I own a 93 33 gtst and i have recently had it dyno tuned ... i have a 3 inch cat back exhaust

and a greddy front mount intercooler running 10 pound of boost through the standard turbo....

and i only made 184hp at the rears .... where as i saw a 33 on ignition dvd with a cooler and exhaust

and it made 168kw at the rears..... WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CAR PPPPPLLLLLZZZZZ HELP ME

thats about 137KW at the wheels

thats around how much a STOCK GTS-T with 187kw at the motor would roughly run after the drive train...

silly question....... but hows your clutch?.... is it in decent nick?

beacuse a clutch plays a big part in dyno runs...

a new clutch will have more friction to be accurate....

hey thanks guys very helpful purchased new clutch and will see how i go next time it the standard one was slipping

a good way to test the clutch is to put it in 5th gear stationary...with Hand Brake ON... and see if it catches immediately as if it was in first gear

if it does, then its in very good nick.

ive had a worn clutch which was just turning on 5th on a TT supra.

all power was lost...
