Pm - To Post You Need To Have Higher Than 10?

To anyone out there in Skyline world... can someone explain to me (new to this site) how I can get my PM posts higher than 10(?) as I want to reply to someone who has queried my ad and when I try to reply it give me an error message stating about PM posts need to be higher than 10. Very frustrating - maybe I ain't seeing the obvious here.

Just get more involved in the forums and post in threads and you'll start accumulating a post count. It not hard to make 10 posts. You've already got 3 7 to go!
