100% Duty Cycle..

I see at powerfc 100% duty cycle on my injectors..

Is it safe to run with this duty?

My injectors aren't small but I run them with very low fuel pressure... 1.5bar-22psi!

Is it ok to leave the injectors with theese duty? Or I must increase the fuel pressure and reduce the injector size (% from commander) ?

100%!!!

Get a FPR mate..... What you've done is VERY risky!!! THis means they cannot squirt any more fuel in. If it's a cold night, and your boost spikes, thus, taking in more air, your injectors won't be able to compensate for the extra air flow and some major detonation could occur.

I advise you get a FPR ASAP and take your car to your tunner!

all you have to do is run the rail pressure that you should normally use :P 43psi is standard. running a lower rail pressure will give you a poor spray pattern and bad atomisation.

as said above, readjust your fuel pressure to 43 psi and retune the car at that pressure level.

So can I reduce the injectors size from commander and make the mixture as now?

Or it isn't the same the change of fuel press and the change of injectors size?

that's the whole point, once you get your fuel pressure in line (i.e. 43 PSI), your mechanic will be able to tune the car.

Of course it will run rich if you don't tune it..... To fix your problem, you need a FPR AND a tune.

Well get it tuned - simple as that.

If you were hitting 100% during the tune, it should never have been done.

Because I don't have now a datalogit to tune it I asked if after I increase the fuel pressure at 43psi, to reduce the injectors size from commander! Can I make it to have the same afrs as now with some tests with this way? Or it is imposimble with this way to have the same afrs in all rpms?

You don't want the same AFR's "in all RPM's".

It's clear you don't understand what it is you're doing, so put the hand controller down and take it to a reputable tuner. There is no logical reason to be running less than 43psi base pressure.

Road tuning with a wideband is acceptable, guessing is not.

Without knowing exactly what your afr's are as your making the changes you could blowup your engine.

Plus even if you did make the changes and there was no knock you probably wont be getting the best out of the tune. Save your money, Keep the boost down and get it professionally tuned on a dyno.

He is actually from Greece or around that area with limited people to contact.

But from the beginning a few of us did warn that such a setup really needed closer attention.

Even if it means going to another country (europe isnt too bad at least), to get it all done... but ye - NFI why you would be choice, drop the rail pressure @ base.

Some people don't know what they are doing and the unfortunate outcome could be a minced motor

Guys I know what I am doing!!

When I said the same afr in all rpms I mean.... The same afrs in all rpms that I have know.... e.g. at 14.7 idle... but also at wot 10.8... etc!!!!

So I ask if with droping the injectors and increase the fuel pressure if I will have the same afrs..

And I ask this because if I change the injectors the differences are linear to all the map..

But I think fuel pressure changes don't make linear changes at the map.

I will put 43psi fuel pressure and changing the injectors I can have 10.8 again wots... but at this point all the other will be ok? Cruising... idle... ?

I hope that now you understand what I am saying...

I have so low fuel pressure because I didn't have a good gauge when I tunned the car. I imagine that I had 3.5bar fuel pressure but from mistake I had 1.5bar!

Also in my country we aren't so bad as you thinking...

Highest hp EVO in the WORLD 1416hp (2007 and still working)

And many other good cars.

set your fuel pressure to 43psi. the injector settings should be set to match the injectors, eg stockers should be 100% and 0 correction. then change the fuel map to get the afr's right. start rich go from there. if you dont know what your doing, dont touch it

I adjust the fuel pressure at 43psi-3bar.

I change the fuel map and not with 10.5 wot I have 99% open the injectors!

Max exhaust temp 1300F-700C.

100oct with 15deg ignition from 6000 to 8000rpm

But I check after some driving the exhaust temp and it was peak 1800F-1000C!!!

I don't know why :) All the time I was looking the wideband and nothing was wrong.

Full thottle from 3000 to 5000 was aroung 13.. then 10!

When the car has high EGT? If it has low ign or high?

You need to re-tune the car. I am moving to Eastern Europe in a few weeks if you pay for my flight and accomodation I will tune it for you for free, which shouldnt be too much because I am moving close by, or you bring the car to me and I can dyno it properly for you.
