ok, wondering if anyone has any thoughts..

took my car to a mates place to test an ignitor pack he had.. his didn't work so we put mine back on and now i have a permanent miss, and its an 'oh my god id rather be driving the magna right now' kinda miss..

Multimeter tested the loom and that was fine, have replaced ignitor pack, coils and spark plugs and miss is still there big time..

any thoughts?

did the old unplug each coil one by one but none made any noticeable difference...

am stumped..

What AFM are you running? double check wiring make sure connections are 100% and i'd be trying a different afm.

if its doing it at idle its not going to be a strane thing, so rule out coil packs.

maybe injectors. Did you get them cleaned and flow tested? should be checked for leakage and or large flow rate differances.

injector loom? did you change injector plugs?

doesnt sound like vaccume leak.

i'd be semi suspicious about the 26 ecu./ modded

what are the injectors scalled at?

running NGK BP6RES thingy's at .8 gap, as ive always run.

Z32 running on it, car was tuned fri night, new plugs on sunday, was driving around for 2 hours before going to my mates place and testing his ignitor pack, thats when everything went pear shaped.

Injectors seem to be all firing from what we can tell. They were cleaned and flow tested when arrived, GMB got that sorted :D

Injector loom was properly covered up and appears intact. will have my mate down to test whole loom properly. Also gonna get friend down to double check powerfc too if possible.

Car was running perfect all weekend, one change and its fubar lol..

last night i changed coils, plugs and ignitor pack. when removing old plugs, i found cyl one plug split in half at the top of the plug, and cyl 4 plug was all wet with fuel.

Hmm, that looks like the mark they put on every chip to tell you which way around to install they chip. Whenever I have burnt chips (and I have blown a few :) ) they generally burn in the middle and they smell pretty funky...

that photo is not of my one lol, my one does have a nice hole burnt through the number 5 on the chip.
