Kinda closeish to UQ campus in Toowong (there's a few buses to there). Near a creek with a park n shiz, house has backyard with a pool and rumpus n stuff. I've broken my contract so I'm basically paying for it anyways. So rather than paying money for the next two months remaining on my contract and not use it, I'm happy for someone to occupy the room. Basically I'll be subsidising the cost of the lease, happy to work out a deal.

Its at 12 Kensington Circuit in Brookfield if anyone wants to google maps it.

Lease is only till August, so it'd be ideal for someone looking for an interim place to stay.
