probably nothing in an rb30 context

"Short" motor means the block, sump and roundy roundy bits inside (crank, rods, pistons).

"Long" motor means short motor + head. Not required if you are buying an rb30 for twin cam conversion

and full motor generally is long motor plus some or all externals like inlet and exhaust manifolds, turbos, plenum etc etc.

but that is only a guide, motors often turn up with important bits missing, especially from wreckers.
