Car Making A Loud Noise After Rain...

Hey,

When im driving my R33 Skyline in the rain after about 10 minutes my car starts to make a knocking noise from under the car. It starts to sound like something is spinning and knocking against something. The faster i go the louder it gets. So when it starts to happen I need to pull over straight away otherwise it gets really loud and the whole car starts to shake. After turning the engine off for a few minutes and then starting it again the noise is gone. Seems to only happen when it’s wet and sounds like its under the car, doesn’t sound like its coming from the engine. Does anyone know what this could be? Is there any seals that if broken could cause this kind of thing to happen?

Take it to a trusted mechanic.

That is a option, and if I cant figure out what it is, I will take it to a good workshop for sure. Just if its something easy to fix, then ill do it myself and save some $$$$.

I get this too, but mine sounds like it's the clutch or the clutch is shuddering

Oh Really! Thats weird... Hmmm... have you had anyone look at yours? If I cant figure what is wrong in a day or so, gonna book it in to get looked at. Just such a weird problem to have....

Nahh it only happens when I stop at lights and then take off, happens for like 20 seconds max and only when it's pouring down if it's just drizzle or light showers I don't have it, if you have yours checked let us know just incase it starts to get worse
