Not sure how it works i thought you got your points back after one year, but i am on the good beh. for a year too.

Did anyone find out for certian how it works i am keen to know

yeah josh i have all my points after good behaviour now. I am sure as sure u get them back after 12 months

ok, to take this one one step further, im curious

i just have completed a 3 month suspension, now, do i have to hold my ps for the final 11 months that is left OR did i revert to 0 and have to do the whole time again including the 2 years that ive held the licence for previously?

James, u dont have to start again, u add the duration of ur suspension onto the 3 years u were originally sposed to have ur p's for.

the clock is actually ticking over while you are on your suspension, so say you have for example 2 months of your p's left, and get three month suspension, you actually come out on ur opens

Yeah i know i will be back on 4 points in december, (yeah)

and i was talking to Dad and he said on you P's 12months from the time you pay the ticket you get your points back.

Straight from Queensland transport (my dad works for main roads in rocky)

you get your points back a year after the date you pay the fine. if your licence is suspended for just say 3 months and you originaly have 9 months left on your p's you will have to wait an extra 3 months so it would be 12 months when you get your opens.

yer i was a month off getting my 3 points back and i got caught for 1 point, which sucked

good to hear i dont have to do the whole 3 year stint again
