R32 Gtr Attesa System

Hey,

First of all i know theres been a few posts on this system but i have found non that have helped me and my problem.

My 4wd light wont turn off, wheh you first start the car it turns off for a few seconds then back on. it use to be an intermediate fault but now its every time i turn the car on.

The fault code for the unit is 18, and i have followed the flow cart till "Ground pin 4 on the ETS hydraulic control system" no idea where this unit it. (page 351 of the pdf form r32 gtr manual, of CH-72)

Any help would be muc apreciated.

looks like pin 4 is on one of the plugs into the hydraulic motor itself (where the pressure switch is)- should be 2 plugs, the one with 4 pins is the one you want. Pin 4 being the top left one.

But where is it located?

You want the plug out of the actual hydraulic motor- it's on the top of the rear diff. Page CH 77 has the positions of the plugs on the ETS pump/motor (by the look of the manual you check the ground from the plug going into the ETS pump/motor) page CH 61 has the diagram of where the pump is above the rear diff. Hope this helps
