32's and 34's have then in the windscreen,33's do not, cant tell from the pic but if its the rear end of a 33 then that is indeed where the power antena normally goes however that is not the normaly power antenna unit so god noes what it is.

Actually skins is correct. Nissan's with the diversity aerial system have one aerial embedded in the front windscreen, but also use the rear window defogger grid as the second aerial. That box is a filter, which separates the power supply to the rear defogger from the aerial signal.

Just curious why my ABS/AWD/Ebrake light is on, and the two wires leading inside the trunk from that unit got cut.

I bled my brakes, and will now check the reservoir in the trunk.

its the rear defogger unit the antenna unit is up on the passanger side 'c' pillar near the roof.

pretty sure u'll find it plugs into the rear window, its the de-fogger relay.

that was my old mwr34 project, i dug up some old pics to show the unit easier.

I will re-connect the two wires.

One last thing, I think i noticed this even before the conversion, every minute or so while the car is running, it think i hear a relay TICK and my exterior lights pulse off for 1/10th of a second. barely barely noticable, but I am an observant guy and now it bugs me.
