Nice to see two younger members on the forum named Terry and Clive.

Just reading these posts looking at the ages and thought they could be my grand children..........Hmm.

I'm nearly 64 or as i like to think 46

Yes Terry they were the days it is a shame we and the younger generation will never see that wonderful world we had.

Hi Clive,

I've been wondering what benefit us Seniors derive from being on SAU other than being a 'pin-cushion'? :D

Does SAU Qld give you a Senior's Card even tho' you're from Byron Bay? :)

If we get any older, should we have a special subforum so that we can reminisce in private?

Can you remember when a hubcap could hold a full 500ml of chunder from windy roads & cars that cornered like dogs?

Can you remember when eggs were wrapped in newspaper?

Can you remember when fresh milk was emptied out of large canisters > ice man > bread cart + Clydesdale > chooks > fireworks + bungers ????????

btw this IS a thread about age? Or is it the aged? I forget...

Ha ha ha,i remember all of the above, and little bottles of milk at school for free. :)
