Yep, can still be just condensation or steam that eventually turns to water. I'd be checking the heater core regardless. Door seals are a good check too...it's possible for them to store up water that only swishes out when the car is in motion.

Thanks for the info guys, Im pretty sure it was gonna be the heater core. I've taken half the dash apart already. Thinking of getting rid of the air-con all together as i'm going to anyways when i do my 26/30.

Yep. When mine went I had to remove the entire dash, then the the way they are fitted is - fan, AC, heater. You have to remove the first two to get to the heater.
